The Cafe & Bar, Baraza Grill, on the ground floor opening out onto the pool area and gardens, is open all day and presents a menu concentrating in a blend of Swahili and Continental cookery. Classy African décor, with an exceptional Tanzanian feel and customary Zanzibar doors craft "Baraza" the place to gather and be visible in Dar.
